CANCELATION & TARDINESS POLICY:   Beauty by Liz is committed to providing exceptional service. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Unfortunately, cancelations without enough notice prevents another client from being seen. Appointment cancelations AND changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment start time. Failure to do so, no-showing, or a LATE arrival of 15 minutes or more will result in a 50% non-refundable cancelation fee charge to the credit card on file. If cancelations or changes are due to illness, the fee will be applied as credit toward your next service within 30 days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY: Returns are accepted for unopened products within 14 days of purchase, and a full refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Service credit will be issued for opened products within 14 days of purchase ONLY if allergic  reactions occurs. Gift certificates are non-transferable and non-refundable. No exceptions.
