CANCELATION & TARDINESS POLICY: Beauty by Liz is committed to providing exceptional service. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Unfortunately, when a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. Cancelations and changes to appointments must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment start time. Failure to do so, no-showing, or a late arrival of 15 minutes or more will result in a 50% non-refundable cancelation fee charged to the credit card on file. If cancelations or changes are due to illness, the cancelation fee can be redeemed as credit towards a future service within 30 days. ​

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY: Returns are accepted for unopened products within 14 days of purchase, and a full refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Service credit will be issued for opened products within 14 days of purchase ONLY if unwanted reactions occur. Gift certificates are non-transferable and non-refundable. No exceptions.
